What You Will Do:
As a Customer Service Rep at a Payment Center, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.
- Process customer monthly payments.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.
- Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.
- Complete mail sorting tasks.
The Perfect Match:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
