What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toolroom Grinder - 1st Shift position at Freeway Corporation?
Freeway Corporation is seeking a Toolroom Grinder to join our team. This position is responsible for grinding die components to print dimensions on either a surface grinder, wet grinder, or an OD/ID grinder. They will maintain the multiple washer tool inventory and aid in the replacement process for worn and broken tools. They will also be responsible for the daily maintenance of the tool grinding equipment. The ideal candidate will be diligent and flexible, with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reading and Interpreting blue prints and drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to repair and sharpen dies, as needed.
- Responsible for reworking and troubleshoot jobs on compound (multiple/single washer) dies.
- Must be able to provide own tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Must be able to physically lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday; 6:45am-3:15pm.
