Senior Metal Stamping Tooling Engineer (Future Engineering Leader)
We are seeking an experienced Metal Stamping Tooling Engineer who is ready for the next step in their career—someone who not only excels in tooling design and build, but also has clear aspirations to grow into an engineering leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot compound and progressive, metal stamping tooling
- Lead tooling projects from concept through production launch
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective tooling solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling design, build processes, and press performance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and toolmakers
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for tooling and process issues
- Contribute to long-term engineering strategy and best practices
Leadership Development Opportunities

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in metal stamping tooling design and engineering

- Demonstrated interest in mentoring others and taking on leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
