Freese and Nichols is seeking Senior Program Manager in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas. As Sr. Program Manager, you will lead major programs from setup through close-out while serving as an extension of the client’s staff to help deliver quality projects on time and within budget. Location will be based on project site locations. What You’ll Do Lead all phases of program delivery, including setup, governance, execution and close-out Manage direct prime and subconsultant contracts associated with assigned programs Direct Freese and Nichols and subconsultant staff assigned to the program and align teams around program goals Lead development and approval of program and project plans to integrate activities across the portfolio and broader organization Build and manage stakeholder relationships, including executive-level client stakeholders, by identifying needs, addressing concerns and guiding engagement plans Lead negotiations with contractors and subcontractors on complex construction projects and oversee change management recommendations to the owner Guide staffing, work scheduling and resource allocation across teams, departments and business units to support program requirements Support program quality by reinforcing FNI quality processes, participating in thoughtful risk decisions and improving tools and processes throughout implementation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 10 years of relevant program, project or construction-related experience Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders, contracts and delivery phases Experience managing program plans, budgets, schedules, staffing and client communication Preferred Experience leading high-value construction negotiations and change management processes Experience managing strategic client relationships and coordinating with account teams Experience supervising large program or project teams and mentoring less experienced staff Experience supporting program quality, risk review and process improvement efforts Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills PMP or CCM (or ability to obtain PMP or CCM within 1 year of hire) About Freese and Nichols At the heart of our culture is our LEADS values (Learn continuously, Engage as family, Act with integrity, Deliver quality, and Serve always).
