OFFICE MANAGER / BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
Freese Architecture is seeking a multitalented, detail-oriented individual to serve in the capacity of the Office Manager of the firm. This is a part-time position.
The Office Manager is the first person our clients see when they enter our beautiful office; the consistent point of contact for our staff regarding benefits and other employment functions; the chief facilitator of our tax obligations, insurances, and benefits; and is the engine behind the scenes who keep our business running as the finely tuned engine it needs to be.
Overview of expectations:
· A professional appearance and positive disposition.
· A self-starter, able to anticipate weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
· Personally motivated, dedicated to doing a consistently great job, and endeavors to complete all tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Timeslips, and payroll tax accounting.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable bookkeeping.
· Monthly invoicing.
· Managing and implementing bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annual state and federal tax filings.
· Managing firm benefit plans.
· Managing W-4 forms and Professional Liability Insurance certificates for new vendors.
· Various other Office Manager responsibilities
