Freese and Nichols is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Dallas, Texas office. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical functions to provide assistance and support to the Austin office.

- Performing work to ensure projects are on schedule and budget & review for completeness and format.
- Working with technical staff and project managers to keep projects progressing
- Assisting technical staff and project managers with document control, formatting and project management tasks.
- Supporting overhead of technical group(s) (coordinate meetings, lunches, handouts, etc.).
- Editing and formatting specifications and technical documents. Editing and developing proposals and shortlists.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience of technical support work
- Experience with preparing documents in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Associate degree in related field
