Freese and Nichols has a great opportunity for a current grad, May 2026 and August 2026 new grad to launch their career in our Dallas or Fort Worth offices! This opportunity provides you with a supportive pathway to grow your career in many areas – design, modeling, planning, technical excellence, and business development.

In this role, you will work in heavy Civil infrastructure design – dams, reservoirs, levees, canals, and flood protection systems. And work in Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling, an engineering method used to simulate the water cycle and movement to analyze flood risks, manage stormwater, and design infrastructure.

What Your Day Looks Like –

You will partner with others to complete tasks by collecting and correlating information to assist in completing projects under the guidance of a Project Engineer and within the time and schedule allocations agreed upon by the Group Manager. Interfacing with internal and external clients to develop strong working relationships will also be a part of your day.

  • BS in Civil Engineering or similar program
