Freese and Nichols is seeking a Senior BT Technician to join our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you will provide service desk and desktop support while contributing as a key member of technology project teams. Provide service desk and desktop support Work on project teams to resolve complex service desk projects Fill hardware and software requests Check out requested hardware Maintain computer related supplies Perform system maintenance and administrative tasks Provide support to the Systems Administrator, Developer and/or Database Administrator Communicate with office personnel throughout the company to resolve Service Desk tickets and resolution of complex projects.
