Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Freeport, TX for an experienced ASME VIII Pressure Vessel Engineer. The selected candidate will design and evaluate ASME pressure vessels, ensuring adherence to safety codes and standards, utilizing CAD software for detailed drawings and models, and leading mechanical design processes. Responsibilities also include overseeing projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to research and development initiatives for innovative fabrication solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in design & fabrication of ASME pressure vessels & API tanks.
- Knowledge of ASME codes, specifically ASME VIII Div 1 & 2.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
