Mercyhealth has an exciting full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity to join our excellent Sleep Medicine team at the Harlem Clinic in Freeport, Illinois.

Opportunity:

• Outpatient clinic-based practice
• 32-hour work weeks - create your own schedule
• No call requirements
• No weekends, evenings, or holidays
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and improve quality of life through treatment of sleep disorders
• Combination of new patient consultations, follow-up care, and a collaborative involvement in sleep study review & interpretation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program
• Hold an active state APRN/PA license
• Skilled at providing exceptional care
• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Highly competitive compensation: $95,000 - $145,000
