Visit sahuaritaaz.gov and tucsonaz.gov to learn more. ## What You Will Do * Perform a variety of patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at assigned location. * Greet and log in all visitors and vendors at entrance gate * Notify appropriate personnel or department of arrival * Direct visitors and vendors to destination * Enforce company policies and procedures * Perform frequent patrols of the property * Walk, bicycles, or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of property * Observe conditions of equipment, grounds and facilities * Pick up litter or debris as needed, or arranges clean-up with maintenance crews * Report damages or areas in need of repair to the Maintenance Supervisor * Conduct surveillance of locations or areas in which vandalism or criminal activities have been noted * Assist with and trained for emergency situations * Collaborate with police officers in the prevention of crime * Work with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medical emergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at the assigned location * Provide basic emergency medical response (e.g. performs CPR, gives basic first aid) when needed * Perform other duties as required ## What You Bring To Freeport * Current CPR and first aid certifications, as required by specific site location * Skilled in responding appropriately to emergency and conflict situations * Knowledge of site rules, regulations, policies and procedures * Knowledgeable of the site topography and locations of emergency equipment and access points * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing ## Preferred Qualifications * High School diploma or GED What We Offer You The estimated pay range for this role is currently $15.50 - $21.00hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
