Visit sahuaritaaz.gov and tucsonaz.gov to learn more. ## What You Will Do * Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies. * Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment. * Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures. * Reports on Key Performance Indices. * Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports. * Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement. * Perform other duties as required. ## What You Bring To Freeport * Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline with no experience required. * Working knowledge of MSOffice suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project * Knowledge and understanding of good engineering practices and principles. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Self-starter with solid integrity. * Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality. ## Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies * Team lead or project lead experience * Knowledge of RCFA process * Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other data visualization tools * Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $75,000-$104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
