- 2-2-3 rotating schedule (includes weekends)
Overview:
Handle investigations, claims review, corrective actions, and sit in on terminations for a large, growing facility (~2k employees on shift coverage) – lots of walking
Duties:
- 100% Employee Relations
- Heavy focus on ADA interactive process (accommodations, compliance, documentation, follow-ups), someone with ADA experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred but will consider other majors)
- 2 years pure ER experience OR 4 years HR Generalist with strong ER focus
- Regular employee roundtables and strong floor presence required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Must be comfortable building rapport in a manufacturing environment (not just looking for someone who has worked in a corporate office setting)
- TN-based candidates preferred (due to state law familiarity)
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
