Freeman Recovery Center is here for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We now have 40 properties where we can help up to 250 clients at one time.

Intake Coordinator
Job Purpose: The Intake Coordinator will assist new clients, upon arrival at FRC administrative building, with search of belongings and person, logging said items into patients personal belongings form within the EHR, as well as coordinating with the transportation team on patient status.
Responsibilities:
Assist in greeting any Admissions, Family Members and/or Guests when they arrive.
Conduct searches of belongings and of persons, logging those items into the EMR
Ensure all supplies needed for the following day scheduled admissions are in place.
Uphold policies and procedures related to patient confidentiality under HIPAA and 42CFR at all times
Assist with other administrative tasks, as-needed.
Education and Experience required/degree, and/or certification required (if applicable):
GED or high school equivalent required
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist designation, or equivalent, preferred
Knowledge of Mental and Behavioral Health Substance Use Disorder Recovery/Treatment
Excellent skills in listening, communication, time management, and professionalism
