POSITION: Client Advisor Support Specialist
HOURS: Full-Time
PAY: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
REPORTS TO: Assistant Service Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Assistant Service Manager and ensuring smooth daily operations within the Service Department. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule customer service appointments both in-person and over the phone
- Greet and check in clients upon arrival
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Update and maintain department spreadsheets
PHYSICAL & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong desire for professional growth and development
