Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney, based in Tacoma, WA. The Litigation Attorney will manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, preparing for and attending court hearings, taking depositions, and representing clients during trials. This role requires strong analytical and advocacy skills to deliver effective legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and knowledge of legal procedures and regulations
- Experience in drafting and handling Motions effectively
- Familiarity with Courts and legal documentation processes
- Practical expertise in Trials and courtroom representation
- Skills in conducting Depositions and interviewing witnesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- License to practice law in Washington State
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Experience in personal injury or civil litigation is a strong advantage
Pay will be determined on work experience.
Candidate will be ready to begin work January 6, 2026
