What You'll Do
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a landscape maintenance crew and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a landscape maintenance crew
- Managing daily routes and job assignments
- Ensuring quality standards are met on every property
- Training and developing crew members
- Operating trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely
- Communicating professionally with clients and supervisors
- Maintaining equipment and reporting repair needs
- Enforcing company safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in landscape maintenance
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and accountable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage time and prioritize daily tasks
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial landscape equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to work around heavy equipment and vehicles safely
- Excellent stamina and physical endurance
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
