We’re looking for a Maintenance Director to lead our landscape maintenance division and ensure our clients’ properties always look their best. What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire Teams: Oversee account managers, operations managers, and maintenance crews—driving performance, training, and team culture.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, routing, and workflows to deliver on-time, high-quality service.
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as the trusted point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Manage Budgets & Resources: Oversee division budgets, labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Uphold high service standards, enforce safety protocols, and conduct site visits to ensure excellence across all accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in landscape maintenance (or related field), with at least 3 years in leadership.
- A bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Business, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven success managing large teams and complex operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgets, pricing, and contract oversight.
- Knowledge of horticultural practices, maintenance equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Aspire experience is a plus.
