Summary
The Technician PT Audio Visual delivers, sets up, operates and dismantles audio visual equipment for both our internal and external customers.
This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Technology team and will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office/show site 2-3 days per week based out of any of the following locations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Comply with and adhere to all company procedures and guidelines.
- Accurately pull equipment orders and prepare with the necessary accessories for deliveries.
- Assist with the loading/unloading of trucks and equipment check-in.
- Deliver and set up equipment in a prompt, courteous manner exhibiting exemplary customer service skills.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate paperwork during deliveries and pick- ups.
- Ensure that all delivery/pick up documents are signed and collect necessary payment from customers.
- Exhibit a positive company image when in public, either on show site or while driving a company vehicle.
- Maintain a safe driving record and remain compliant with company vehicle user guidelines.
- Operate various audio visual equipment
- Assist with warehouse projects and special assignments when assigned.
- Perform regular maintenance to rental fleet (fueling, checking fluid levels, cleaning).
- Remain up to date on new equipment and technology in order to be proficient in the field.
- Barcode equipment in/out of inventory system when necessary.
- Maintain an accurate driving log as regulated by the DOT as well as a time sheet of hours and job numbers worked.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience with Audio/Visual equipment required.
- Experience in the audio visual industry preferred.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license and a clear driving record.
Travel Requirements
Travel 25% to 50%
