Summary
The Operations Coordinator supports freight and operations teams, serving as a Coupa platform expert to manage equipment procurement, vendor relationships, and budget tracking. This role will assist in DOT compliance, driver and truck schedules, and vehicle maintenance while driving operational efficiencies across procurement, logistics, and transportation workflows.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Nashville, TN.

- Oversee equipment orders for all events, including forklifts, scooters, scissor lifts, dumpsters, and more.
- Handle equipment logistics, vendor relationships, and order tracking.
- Procure equipment through Coupa, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and invoice processing within 30 days.
- Assists with coordinating driver schedules and ensure DOT compliance using Encompass and JJ Keller systems.
- Manage truck and trailer inspections to maintain regulatory standards.
- Align freight and operations schedules for efficient truck dispatching.
- Support special projects and assignments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
