Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto estimating software, preferred CCC. This role involves assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth claims process and repair experience for our customers. The Auto Body Estimator will work closely with technicians, insurance adjusters, and customers to deliver accurate assessments and foster trust in our services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate understanding of required repairs within the auto body repair.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience or auto service background preferred.
- Strong auto estimating skills combined with knowledge of automotive repair processes.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Experience in auto body repair estimation or related fields such as service technician work or automotive service management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services ethically.

Pay: $62, $75,000.00 per year
