We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Assistant Teacher. In this role, you will work with ages birth through five.
Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote early childhood development
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support children with daily routines such as meal times, diapering, nap times, and transitions between activities
- Engage children in educational games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and other interactive learning experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
Qualifications
- Willing to train
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Experience working with children birth through five
