NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Prepare and set up kitchen stations for service, following prep lists and production schedules
• Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients (meat, fish, poultry, fruit, and vegetables)
• Carry out basic cooking tasks (e.g. parboiling, reducing sauces, simple dishes)
• Maintain food quality, safety, storage, labelling, and temperature standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, equipment, and work areas (“clean as you go”)
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and demonstrate strong knife skills
• Support team members and communicate effectively during service and shift handovers
• Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies and procedures
• Attend briefings and meetings as required and maintain a professional appearance
• Complete end-of-shift cleaning, breakdown, and restocking tasks
• Deliver high standards of presentation, efficiency, and teamwork at all times

• Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
• A passion for your city, for travelling and for trending food and drinks concepts
• Knowledge of contemporary interests and the city
• Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for service
