SUMMARY:

An internal sales administrator position to actively manage the FreeFlight Systems order administration activities and ensure growth to the products business.   This position requires product sales support to a range of customers including Airlines, OEMs, MROs, Distributors and End Users.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Technical Support, Operations departments to provide the best service and solutions possible to our customers.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary point of contact internally for all customer quotations and processing sales orders sales utilizing CRM and the company ERP system
  • Manage, monitor and track customer requests to include but not limited to Hubspot, Customer Portals, Sales team email, telephone and other social media queries
  • Supports sales consultatively and makes recommendations to customers for best-fit options with feedback and consideration from Customer Support (technical support) and the Area Sales Management team
  • Responsible for following up on customer enquiries as well as understanding customers’ demands for solutions across company Products & Services with ability of closing of the sale
  • Responsible for data integrity and accuracy of the data analytics to ensure data driven decision making for senior leadership can be relied upon
    • Creating and producing company reports that track leads, opportunities, quotes and orders using multiple mediums including but not limited to:
      • CRM Dashboard
      • Excel
      • PowerPoint
      • Word
      • E-mail (Outlook)
      • Oral Presentation / Video / Phone / Text
  • Continuous improvement projects as assigned.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members
  • Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts
  • Will be periodically required to perform other duties as directed and assigned

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in an administrative position
  • A background or interest in the aviation/avionics industry.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

The applicant must possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondences.


OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

Candidates must have a strong command of computer desktop tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to assist in completing essential duties. Effectively demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a willingness to constantly be learning. Syteline experience is a preferred but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the person is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, reach with arms and hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear. The person must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the person is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time and an air-conditioned and heated office. The noise level is occasionally high.
