JOB TITLE: Videographer / Photographer / Content Creator

STARTING Hourly Pay: $20-$28 an hour

REPORTS TO: Marketing Department Head

START DATE: Immediate

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Full time In-house videographer and photographer

This position is meant to be creative as well as utilitarian. We want to capture the dreams we build, the vans we touch, and every product we sell in a creative way.

The position captures, organizes and creates finished products to be used everywhere from Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, website and more in short and long form video formats as well as images.

A typical week involves 5-7 short form video production, photographical documentary of projects in the shop as well as B roll and finish footage and images for longer term builds as they progress.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical acumen to operate, configure, set up and operate video / audio / lighting and other production equipment

• Product and Project Documentation

• Provide content to and for Marketing Department via production schedule that will be provided monthly

• Content planning and scheduling

• Manage long term projects via photography and capturing B-roll to create project narratives for long form of content.

• Understanding of post-production techniques

• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Adobe Suite

• Create short videos for social media marketing

• Provide photo and video for multiple use cases including but not limited to sales assistance, ecommerce, website, social media, marketing emails, etc...

• Data organization, ability to library footage/photos daily

• Location scouting and assessment

• Ability to work closely with our remote marketing team/ manager via teams, facetime, emails, text, Dropbox, etc...

• Communication with the shop manager and lead technicians to help plan projects accordingly to what is going on in the shop daily

• Intentional on the job learning – this job will require a basic understanding of parts that are being installed and gear we sell to make media planning streamlined and to capture meaningful content

Additional Requirements

• Assist with equipment inventory management

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs, climb ladders, etc.

• Ability to work in a warehouse/industrial environment

• Stand, crouch, and move in other complex ways to capture footage
