Responsibilities:
- Install, and upgrade fiber internet services
- Troubleshoot service issues from the fiber terminal to the customer’s equipment (ONT, routers, Wi-Fi devices, etc.)
- Educate customers on products and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Meet performance and quality standards
Requirements:
- Fiber experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors, in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
