What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Inspector position at Freedom Wildlife Solutions?
Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control is hiring a Sales Inspector - a field-based, in-home sales role and one of the biggest earning opportunities on our team. You're the expert at the door: you inspect the problem, diagnose it, and sell the solution.
Earnings
Heavy-commission role. Core performers earn $65,000-$85,000/year; strong performers earn $90,000-$120,000 . Company vehicle, uniforms, and paid training included. The more you close, the more you make.
What you'll do
- Run 2-3 company-provided warm leads a day, plus generate your own through referrals and networking - targeting 4 inspections daily.
- Inspect attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and entry points; diagnose the real problem and document it with photos and estimates.
- Present your findings consultatively and close the job - wildlife exclusion, crawlspace encapsulation, termite, and more. These are in-person sales, not phone sales.
- Cross-sell recurring pest control and warranties.
- Follow the FWS sales process on every appointment and keep your pipeline current.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and on roofs/ladders; able to lift 50 lbs; outdoor work year-round.
- A valid NC driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Someone who can earn trust across the kitchen table and ask for the sale.
- Field sales or home-services experience is a plus - we'll train the right person.
- You'll obtain and maintain the NC Wildlife Control Agent License and NC Structural Pest RT card - we pay for the training.
