Role Description The Benefits Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and supporting employee benefits programs across the firm. This role will oversee day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, and other insurance plans, ensuring accurate enrollments, changes, and terminations. The Benefits Administrator will handle compliance-related tasks, including FMLA and COBRA processes, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and policies. Daily responsibilities include responding to employee benefits inquiries, coordinating with insurance carriers and vendors, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in HR and payroll systems. The role will also assist with benefits communications, open enrollment activities, and continuous improvement of benefits-related procedures to support a positive employee experience.
