This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process, conducting tours, following up on inquiries, and meeting occupancy goals. - Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain consistent, professional follow-up.
- Conduct engaging, informative community tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and services.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the local community.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system, including leads, tours, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy and sales goals.
- Participate in community outreach, networking events, and internal marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director, Executive Director, and interdisciplinary team to ensure a smooth move-in process.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of senior living options, pricing structures, and eligibility requirements.
- Prior experience in senior living sales, hospitality, real estate, healthcare admissions, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to connect with seniors and families with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Sherpa, Yardi, MatrixCare) a plus.
- Self-motivated with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends as needed for events or tours.
