Freedom Towing LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Dispatcher / Impound Yard Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and dispatch towing services
- Provide customers with towing quotes and pricing
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Manage vehicles entering and leaving the impound yard
- Verify ownership and release impounded vehicles according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Coordinate with drivers and assist with daily operations
- Handle multiple tasks while remaining organized and professional
Qualifications
- Dispatch, towing, automotive, or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning dispatch software
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
