Our Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to organize and oversee nursing operations. We are looking for a committed and patient-focused nurse leader to offer effective and patient-centered care and leadership to the clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts and evaluates organized orientation and training programs for all newly hired employees which are scheduled on a regular basis.
• Plans the annual and monthly training program calendar in collaboration with other facility management team members.
• Assists in the planning and coordination of training programs for all departments within the facility to respond to identified problem areas, service quality or to teach new procedures or methods.
• Maintains appropriate training records and program material as required by Federal and State regulations.
• Assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues and concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience as a Clinical Educator, preferred
• Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
• Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
• Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
• Great communication and people skills
• Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Valid RN license
