Our Culinary Services department is looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join the team! If you have a desire to serve and enjoy a fast-paced, fun work environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and assesses nutrition status of patients, and screens patients for nutritional risk in accordance with established department protocols and standards.
• Plans and initiates medical nutrition therapy to patients if indicated by patient requirements and clinical protocol.
• Educates and counsels patients and families on nutritional issues, either individually or in groups
• Communicates individual nutritional care plans to other health care providers as a member of a health care team.
  
  

Skills

• Must be a Registered Dietician or hold a C.D.M. certification in healthcare
• A minimum of two years experience in related field
• Certified in safety and sanitation in regards to food service
• Experience with performing clinical assessments on residents, meeting with Care Plan Team, performing input on MDS
