Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners
- Present tailored solar solutions based on each customer’s energy needs
- Handle objections, explain savings, and walk customers through the closing process
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, pipeline, and signed deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Stay informed on solar sales trends, financing options, and product updates
Requirements:
- Proven success in solar sales, in-home sales, or a commission-only closing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory for consultations
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
