Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator role based in Lexington, KY. The Human Resources Coordinator will support the daily operations of the HR department by assisting in areas such as HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies. The Coordinator will focus on fostering a positive work environment through effective communication, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing HR services to employees and management.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) operations
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Employee Relations practices
- Familiarity with designing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or long-term care industry is a plus
