FREEDOM RESOURCE GROUP and our partner healthcare systems in the United States have developed a unique and lucrative program to help Puerto Rican social workers acquire a valuable stateside license (LICSW), so he/she can practice in beautiful Massachusetts and earn more money!

Not only does our LICSW Apprenticeship allow you to make a good paycheck, but we also help prepare you to pass the MA board exam and acquire your LCSW certification.

Most notably, once you have your Massachusetts LICSW, you will have the opportunity to practice remotely – including the option of working from Puerto Rico – while making a U.S. based income!

Our LICSW Apprenticeship Program is available to both new graduates and experienced social workers from Puerto Rico who hold a master’s degree in an accepted field.

Requirements

We require the following to be considered for our Apprentice program:

• Master’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health
  
• New graduates must have a good academic record and GPA.
  
• Experienced social workers do not need a Puerto Rican license to participate in the program – just a master’s degree in an acceptable field
  
• Must be a resident of Puerto Rico
  
• Must be able to speak, write and read in English.
  
• Must pass drug test
  
• Must pass a federal background check
  
• Must be willing to commit to a 2-year term
