Order Packing

We’ve got room for two more on our order-packing team here in Lamoni, IA.

You’d work 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS, NO MANDATORY OVERTIME, and the building stays climate-controlled year-round!

--Starting pay will vary based on your qualifications and experience but will be $16 /hr. Good, reliable employees WILL get raises.

--REQUIREMENTS:

*Ability to read small font

*Can comfortably navigate an iPad, tablet or Smartphone

*Can lift packages up to 50lbs, although the average package is under 10lbs

*Can be on your feet all day

*Have attention to detail (Everyone thinks that they have this but most don't. You simply can't make mistakes in this role without it affecting our most important asset, our customers.)

*Can accept responsibility for mistakes, learn from them, and move forward (If everything is always someone else's fault, we don't want to work with you.)

*Reliable (If you can't consistently show up for work, don't waste your time or ours, as you'll be fired anyway.)

*Makes our jobs easier, not harder (We hire employees to make our jobs easier. If you make our jobs harder by adding drama etc., what was the point in hiring you?)

*Can work well with others (You will need to constantly discuss things with your coworkers. If you struggle working well with others, you will hate this job.)

*Can perform under pressure, in a sometimes fast-paced environment

*Have dependable transportation to and from work, including in bad weather

*Can stay off your phone and focused on the job

*Maintains a drug-free lifestyle (we are a drug-free workplace)

*Can easily adapt to change (Our company is growing. Things will change. Procedures constantly evolve here.)

*Can handle polite constructive criticism

*Ability to focus on what you were hired for. We're not hiring you to worry about what your co-workers are doing.
