Position: Physical Therapy Assistant – Full Time.
- Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required
- Starting Pay: From $30.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
- $2,500 Sign On Bonus**
- Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
- Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
- Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
- Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program.
- Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach
