Must be HHA or C.N.A. certified

Wage: $18.00 per hour.

Full Time

Office 8:30-4:30 Monday and Tuesday

HHA/C.N.A. will be scheduled for two 12 hour shifts.

Scheduler/Caregiver: Full Time

Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A. to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Plaza, a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications:
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Experience:
• One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills:
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
