About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily operations of the Grill & Sports Bar
- Lead and mentor team members in service standards and resident engagement
- Support in grill and sports bar operations including responsible alcohol service and inventory
- Work alongside staff on the floor (register, grill station, taking orders, running food, bussing tables)
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Assist with special promotions, themed nights, and catering events
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in casual dining, grill, or sports bar setting
- Strong knowledge of food service, beer, wine & liquor operations
- Serve Safe and Alcohol Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent resident service and communication skills
- Availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
