Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist (40 hours per week)
Location: Freedom Physical Therapy and Training Center (Freedom PTTC); Shawnee, KS
Start Time: ASAP
About Us: At Freedom PTTC, we are on a mission to change the way rehabilitation is done. We’re a privately-owned outpatient orthopedic facility located in west Shawnee that blends hands-on therapy, movement science, and strength training into a clear, effective system:

- Helping adults 40 transition from injury to strength through our 12 Freedom Movements
- Chronic pain management with real-world outcomes
- Sports rehabilitation and return-to-performance
- EMG biofeedback, video analysis, and movement-based diagnostics

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using a hands-on, movement-focused approach
- Confidently manage both athletic populations and individuals with chronic pain
- Integrate tools such as EMG biofeedback and video analysis into treatment planning
- Educate patients on progress and long-term strength solutions
- Be comfortable sharing and explaining the Freedom Process and our 12 foundational movements as part of the patient's long-term care strategy
- Contribute to our evolving systems, programs, and clinical growth
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Kansas state license (or license-eligible)
- Confident in treating high-functioning patients and those managing chronic pain
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about results, education, and movement-based care
- Experience or interest in biomechanics, strength training, or EMG is a plus
