What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Freedom Outdoors?
The below list of duties and responsibilities of the Facility Maintenance Coordinator position.
The below list is not all inclusive nor limited.
1. Inspect, maintain and repair (as required) for daily operations range targeting systems, range bullet trap berms, and walls.
2. Set up, Inspect, maintain, and/or repair archery range targets.
3. Maintain, construct and/or repair store display.
4. Inspect, maintain and/or repair building infrastructure to include 8 HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems.
5. Coordinates required DOT HazMat training for receiving personnel.
6. Coordinates Fork Truck Certs for required personnel.
7. Coordinates HazWaste is handled and turned in IAW EPA and DEQ guidelines.
8. Coordinates the Safe turn in of recyclable materials.
9. Oversee maintenance/ service contracts.
11. Maintain operational supplies.
12. Assist Store Manager when needed or as directed with Store operations and facility infrastructure emergencies.
