Summary:
The Specialist I, Doc Mgmt will oversee the process of identifying and imaging loan documents into the Freedom Mortgage Electronic Document Management System

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graph.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Customer Service Relationships:
Assesses and diffuses problem situations and requires influencing others to reach consensus. Requires tact and diplomacy to handle difficult customer relationships. Explores alternatives and creative solutions to meeting the needs of customers.
Work Complexity:
Tasks are multiple and diverse with some interrelationships across processes. Work requires the direct application of a variety of procedures, policies and/or precedents.

- Meet production benchmarks and quality score requirements
- Ability to sort incoming mail.
- Identify documents received against a manifest, update system with received information.
- Scan images and process for automated indexing.
- Sort and prepare documents for bundling and shipping.
- Create and manage reports.
- Filing and organizing stored documents.
- Assist with special projects, as needed.
- Ability to pivot and move to another task quickly to meet business needs
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Comply with all company and department policies and procedures
