What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Freedom Market?
Freedom Market was one of the first cannabis dispensaries to open in the state in July 2014. Since then, we have grown to four locations in Kelso, Longview, Ilwaco, and Cathlamet. Our roots began with medical dispensaries and we employ a team of people who are passionate about cannabis! We value work/life balance and love to see our employees succeed! We are looking for a passionate person to join our team!
We currently have an opening for a part-time Budtender at our Longview/Kelso location, with the opportunity to grow to full-time. We’re open 365 days a year, so work hours will include weekends and holidays. Hours vary from 8am to 12am. Pay is $16.28-$17.50 per hour, depending on experience. We offer paid time off, a generous employee discount, overtime on holidays, tips, and low-cost dental insurance.
You must have open availability and at least one year of cannabis dispensary experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to stand for long time periods and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
