This role is ideal for a skilled sales professional who is passionate about helping others and motivated to earn based on performance. We take a low-pressure, education-based approach, helping patients make confident decisions about their health.
As our primary patient sales professional, you'll use your communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills to guide patients toward care solutions that improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored treatment options
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through confident, clear communication
- Present care plans in a way that supports patient confidence and commitment
- Follow a structured process to guide patients through their care journey
- Provide consistent follow-up to keep patients informed and engaged
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Track patient interactions and maintain organized records
- Help patients understand the value of recommended care in a professional, ethical manner
