We offer agents and brokers access to all MAPD, Med Supp carriers in FL and many other states. Each agent receives a marketing allowance, access to leads, live tranfers, field training, CRM and soft phone.

Role Description The Medicare Advisor is a 1099 WFH role. You can live anywhere with an internet connection. This role focuses on guiding clients through Medicare options, including eligibility, plan comparisons, and enrollment support, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations (in person, by phone, and virtually), performing coverage needs assessments, and explaining Medicare benefits and costs in clear, accessible language. The Medicare Advisor will prepare and maintain accurate client documentation, follow up on inquiries, and support clients during annual enrollment and special enrollment periods. The role also involves staying current on Medicare policy changes, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in outreach activities or educational sessions to build and sustain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret plan details, compare benefits, and assess client needs.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Healthcare Consulting skills to deliver clear, unbiased guidance and tailored recommendations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and Medicare to navigate regulations, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in straightforward terms.
- Proven customer service orientation and experience working directly with clients or patients in advisory or support roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a WFH environment, manage time independently, and maintain organized records and follow-up activities.
- Familiarity with CRM or client management systems and basic proficiency in office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document tools).
- FL, VA, TN, TX, AR State Life and Health Insurance, (or willingness to obtain), and prior experience in insurance or healthcare is preferred.
