Educate prospective and current clients on coverage options that offer meaningful protection.
Process new business applications and manage policy renewals with precision.
Address client inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and coverage limits in a friendly, timely manner.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure applications meet company standards.
Maintain accurate client files in our management system to ensure smooth service operations.
Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that provide better peace of mind to our policyholders.
Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.
Previous experience working in an insurance agency or brokerage.
Strong comfort level with quoting software and standard office technology.
Clear and articulate communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
Attention to detail and a high degree of personal accountability.
Knowledge of insurance underwriting guidelines or commercial lines is a helpful advantage.
