Welder/Fabricator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various welding techniques and tools.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as stick welding, soldering, and plasma cutting.
• Utilize power tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
• Execute pipe threading and ductwork assembly as required by project specifications.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Skills

• Proficient in welding techniques including stick welding and soldering.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate cranes safely.
• Experience with ductwork fabrication and assembly.
• Familiarity with pipe threading processes.
• Skilled in using power tools and machinery for metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work without supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
