Job Summary:
We are looking for independent contractors to engage in door-to-door outreach, offering homeowners the opportunity to schedule free estimates for our services. This role focuses on lead generation; no direct selling is required.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential neighborhoods to identify potential clients.
Engage homeowners in conversation to introduce our services.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide estimates.

Compensation:
Performance-based pay:
$200 per closed lead (paid after deposit is collected; approximately 2-week holdback).
3% commission after job completion and final payment.

Potential to earn $1,000–$2,000 per week based on performance.
Requirements:
