Pay & Perks
- $18-$21 per hour
- Bi-weekly pay

- Ability to pass a Minnesota background study
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently and provide safe, compassionate care in a client’s home
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with overnight care, dementia care, or personal care assistance is a plus
