Job Description
True Precision Medical is a growing outpatient vascular and interventional clinic committed to delivering innovative, minimally invasive treatments that improve patients’ quality of life. We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Physician Assistant to join our clinical team full-time.

We will provide training for all procedures and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks—the right candidate does not need to come in with procedural experience, but must have a willingness to learn, grow, and practice with excellence.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-ups
Perform focused physical exams and document findings
Collaborate closely with our interventional radiologist and care team
Educate patients on their diagnosis and treatment options
Participate in treatment planning and post-procedure follow-up
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Assist with and learn in-clinic procedures & ultrasound-guided techniques
Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Contribute to ongoing protocol development and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Licensed and certified PA in the state of Arizona
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (outpatient, pain, vascular, or procedural experience preferred—but not required)
Comfort working with patients experiencing pain or mobility issues
Interest and willingness to learn ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and procedures
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
Compassionate bedside manner with a team-oriented mindset
Experience with EMRs (eClinicalWorks preferred, not required)
